An exclusive hotel with a century of tradition, the Palace Hotel Polom opened its doors at the beginning of the 20th Century. This breathtaking hotel with its world-class appeal and historic charm provides not only consummate accommodation and dining but also a complete range of complex services. It contains spaces for private dining in its two salons, as well as opportunities for conferences in its Congress Hall. Hotel information

Our hotel provides a well-equipped fitness centre and the “Water World“. This aquatic centre provides a variety of massage and health treatments, 2 private jacuzzis in separate rooms and saunas with satellite TV.

Room service is available from 7.00 until 23.00.

Food and beverages

Apart from its accommodation facilities, Palace Hotel Polom offers a superlative dining experience in its stylishly-appointed restaurant, where you can find a broad selection of exclusive meals drawn from Slovak and international cuisine, prepared by our master chefs.

Our cafe, with its elegant wood-inlaid bar, serves exceptional coffee in many varieties throughout the day, and is well provisioned with a collection of fine wines.

The White Salon, by contrast, is perfectly suited for clients preferring privacy for their family celebrations, social gatherings or business negotiations in luxurious environs.

Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00, lunch is served from 11:30 to 14:00 and the restaurant is open from 06:30 until 23:00.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
